This agreement is deemed accepted by ticking the dedicated checkbox and becomes valid when the advance payment or any amount related to the booking is paid.
The booking holder declares that he/she is the person responsible for the entire booking and for all persons accompanying him/her, including adults, children, visitors or temporary guests.
The accommodation services and use of the Fox Cabins property are operated by:

In this document, Code Travel SRL may also be referred to as the operator, Fox Cabins or the property.
The booking becomes valid only after the advance payment or any amount established for confirming the booking has been paid.
Ticking this agreement does not, by itself, represent a payment obligation, but it produces legal effects from the moment the advance payment or any amount related to the booking is paid.
By paying the advance payment, the booking holder confirms that he/she accepts these rules and assumes responsibility for all persons included in the booking.
The booking holder is directly responsible for:
The booking holder is also responsible for the actions of children, guests or visitors entering the property in connection with his/her booking.
The booking holder undertakes to fully pay the value of any goods that are damaged, destroyed, lost, excessively dirtied or improperly used.
The value of the damage shall be calculated at the market price of a new product, identical or similar in terms of brand, model, quality and functionality.
Depending on the case, the value of the damage may include:
Damages must be paid within a maximum of 5 calendar days from the notification sent by Code Travel SRL / Fox Cabins.
All amounts related to damages, additional fees or remediation costs shall be paid in RON.
Guests must comply with the maximum capacity communicated for each cabin.
Persons not included in the booking may not stay overnight without the express approval of the operator.
The booking holder must communicate to the operator the actual number of guests, including children.
The standard check-in interval is: 16:00 - 23:00.
The standard check-out interval is: 07:00 - 11:00.
These hours may only be adjusted following express confirmation from Code Travel SRL / Fox Cabins.
Exceeding the check-out time without the operator’s approval may generate additional costs, especially if it affects cleaning, preparation of the cabin or the next booking.
Children must be supervised at all times by accompanying adults.
The accompanying adults are directly responsible for any accident, incident, damage or inappropriate behaviour caused by children.
Children are not allowed to use the following unsupervised:
Access under the cabin is strictly prohibited.
The area under the cabin is a technical and storage space, not an exploration, play or guest access area.
The area under the cabin may contain:
Guests are not allowed to enter, move, touch, use or damage any objects located in these areas.
Any accident, incident or damage caused as a result of entering the area under the cabin or other technical areas is the responsibility of the booking holder.
The hot tub is a facility made available to guests and must be used responsibly.
The hot tub normally heats up in approximately 2 - 2.5 hours, depending on the outside temperature, water temperature and manner of use.
For heating, it is generally sufficient to burn a maximum of:

Guests are responsible for the proper use of the hot tub and its fire source.
Any damage, excessive dirt, compromised water or intervention required due to improper use may be charged additionally.
Fire may only be made in the specially designated areas: fire pit, barbecue or other areas indicated by the operator.
The following are prohibited:
Only safe lighting methods may be used, such as barbecue firelighters or other products specifically intended for this purpose.
A hose and water tap are available in the fire pit area for extinguishing the fire. Guests must use them whenever necessary.
The fire must be completely extinguished before leaving the area.
Fox Cabins provides guests with firewood for normal use of the barbecue, fire pit and hot tub, within reasonable consumption limits.
Excessive firewood consumption shall be charged additionally.
The charging of excessive firewood consumption shall be based on the actual cost of dry firewood, cut, transported and stored in the current year, calculated proportionally per cubic meter / stacked meter.
Guests understand that the firewood made available is not unlimited and involves real costs of purchase, preparation, transport and storage.
The playground is intended for children and may only be used under adult supervision.
The zipline is intended exclusively for children and supports a maximum weight of 60 kg.
Use of the zipline by adults or by children exceeding the weight limit is prohibited.
The trampoline is intended exclusively for children.
The maximum allowed weight is 40 kg / child.
The maximum allowed number is 5 children at the same time.
The trampoline must be used barefoot or with socks only.
Use with shoes is prohibited.
The accompanying adults are responsible for supervising children and for any accident, damage or incident occurring during the use of the playground, zipline or trampoline.
Smoking inside the cabins is strictly prohibited.
An additional fee of EUR 200 / cabin, equivalent in RON, may be applied in situations such as:
This fee does not limit the operator’s right to separately request payment for any damages caused.
Pets are not accepted on the property, except in situations expressly approved in writing by the operator before the booking is confirmed.
Visitors are permitted only with the operator’s approval and may not stay overnight without approval.
Events, parties or use of the property for commercial purposes are permitted only with the express approval of the operator.
Parties may be organised only if both cabins are rented, respectively Fox 1 and Fox 2, and only in compliance with the property rules, the neighbourhood and the conditions communicated by the operator.
The operator reserves the right to prohibit or stop any event that causes discomfort, risk, excessive noise, damage or breach of these rules.
Guests must respect the comfort of other guests, neighbours and the local community.

The property is video monitored in common outdoor areas, such as:
There are no video cameras inside the cabins.
Audio is not recorded.
Video surveillance is used for security purposes, protection of goods, verification of incidents and defence of the operator’s rights.
Fox Cabins is located in a mountain area, and access to the property may be influenced by weather conditions, season, road condition, snow, ice, heavy rain, mud or other situations specific to the area.
The condition of the public or communal access road is the responsibility of the local administration and is influenced by weather conditions, not by Code Travel SRL / Fox Cabins.
Code Travel SRL / Fox Cabins shall be released from any liability for inconveniences, delays, access difficulties, temporary impossibility of access, vehicle damage or other situations caused by the condition of the road, weather conditions, lack of proper vehicle equipment or lack of experience driving in mountain areas.
During the cold season or in difficult conditions, guests are responsible for arriving with:
Guests must park only in the areas indicated by the operator.
Gates, access ways and parking areas must be used carefully.
The operator is not liable for damage caused to vehicles due to improper manoeuvring, lack of attention, failure to follow instructions or incorrect use of access areas.
As the property is located in a mountain area, interruptions or fluctuations may occur in services such as:
The operator will make reasonable efforts to resolve any situations that arise, but is not liable for interruptions caused by external providers, weather conditions, area-wide failures or situations beyond its control.
The property is located in a natural area where wild animals may be present.
The following are strictly prohibited:
Guests must respect the natural environment and must not leave food scraps or waste outside, except in the areas indicated.
Personal photos and videos are permitted.
Use of the property for commercial photo shoots, commercial filming, product promotion, paid content, advertisements, video clips or any activity for commercial purposes is permitted only with the express approval of the operator.
Guests are responsible for personal belongings brought onto the property.
The operator is not liable for the loss, damage or forgetting of personal belongings, except where the law expressly provides otherwise.
In case of serious breach of these rules, the operator reserves the right to request that guests leave the property, without refunding the amounts paid.

I undertake to fully pay the value of any broken, damaged, destroyed or lost goods, at the market price of a new product, as well as any additional costs necessary for repair, cleaning, transport, installation, labour or replacement.
